Returns

As a buyer (individual consumer), you have the right to cancel the purchase agreement within 14 days without providing a reason by clearly notifying the seller. However, the right to cancel does not apply in cases listed in Article 6.228(10) Part 2 of the Civil Code, including:

• Perishable goods or items with a short shelf life.
• Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
• Custom-made products that were specifically manufactured based on the consumer’s individual choice, request, or needs.
• Other exceptions as stated in Article 6.228(10) Part 2 of the Civil Code.

To cancel the purchase agreement, the buyer must submit an electronic request form or a written request, along with proof of purchase. Upon receiving the request, the seller will promptly send confirmation of receipt.

Refunds, including any paid shipping costs, will be processed within 14 days from the date of cancellation notification. However, the seller reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned item is received or until proof of return shipment is provided. The buyer covers return shipping costs.

Important Note on Returns

Since our wooden maps are pre-applied with double-sided adhesive tape, any attempt to peel off or attach the map makes it unsellable and unusable, requiring disposal. Therefore, returns are only accepted if the map is unused and undamaged.
