MB Leikų idėjos (hereinafter - "Company") respects the right to privacy of all its service buyers, potential clients (who have tried the services but did not become clients), and all visitors of the verskis.lt website (hereinafter - "Website") (hereinafter - "Clients") and is committed to ensuring the protection of submitted and received personal data. The Company also takes care of ensuring the rights of clients as data subjects.
1.2. This privacy policy regulates the main principles and procedures for the collection, processing, and storage of personal data of the Company's clients.
1.3. By using the Website, as well as ordering or using the services offered by the Company in any form and providing your personal data to the Company, you agree to the provisions of this Privacy Policy. Clients are considered to have familiarized themselves with the Privacy Policy when they check the "checkbox" agreeing with the Company's privacy policy during registration on the Website. The privacy policy can be reviewed again at any time on the Website by clicking the relevant link.
1.4. When processing Client's personal data, we comply with all applicable laws, including EU, ADTAĮ, LR, and other applicable legal acts regulating personal data protection.

2. What terms are used?
2.1. Personal data - any information about a natural person whose identity is identified or can be identified (data subject); a natural person whose identity can be identified is a person whose identity can be directly or indirectly identified, primarily based on an identifier such as name and surname, personal identification number, location data, and internet identifier or based on one or more characteristics of the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person.
2.2. Data subject - a natural person - the Company's client (including Website visitors) whose personal data is collected by the Company.
2.3. Data subject's consent - any freely given, specific, and unambiguous expression of the data subject's will, properly informed, by a statement or clear affirmative action, by which he/she agrees to the processing of personal data related to him/her.
2.4. Data processing - any operation or sequence of operations performed on personal data or sets of personal data by automated or non-automated means, such as collection, recording, sorting, systematization, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, access, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination, or otherwise making it available, as well as alignment or combination with other data, restriction, deletion, or destruction.
2.5. Data processor - a natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or other body that processes personal data on behalf of the Data Controller.
2.6. Data controller - MB Leikų idėjos, operating and established according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, code 307062573, registered at Maironio g. 17-300, LT-28144 Utena, Republic of Lithuania, whose data is collected and stored in the Register of Legal Entities.
2.7. Direct marketing - activities aimed at contacting the Client by mail, telephone, or other direct means and offering goods or services and/or inquiring about their opinion on the offered goods or services, including automated means.

3. What cookies do we use and how?
3.1. What is a cookie - small files that are sent to the user's web browser and, when first visiting the website, are placed on the browsing computers or other devices. Later, cookies are used on the website to ensure the best possible use of the website for the user by identifying the user's computer and facilitating access to the website or the information contained therein, thus adapting the website content more conveniently for the user.
3.2. These cookies are used on the Website, as well as in the Company's related systems designed for the proper and quality servicing of the Client.

The Client understands that third-party (partners, statistical collection systems, communication systems, etc.) plugins may be used on the Website, which also use cookies to ensure their proper functionality. We emphasize that the website operator does not control, cannot be, and is not responsible for cookies used by third parties, their content, and the privacy protection applied by these websites, which we recommend reviewing individually in each case.

4. What personal data do we collect?
4.1. The Company collects and later processes the Client's personal data that you provide yourself by using and ordering services on the Website or ordering services in another way: name, surname, personal code (optional), address, email address, phone number, and other data related to the specifics of service ordering. We note that you provide the data additionally on your initiative when registering and/or ordering, managing the services provided by the Company.
4.2. The personal data provided by the Client is stored by the Company and during the period of cooperation with the Client (during the provision of services) and for 10 (ten) years after this period ends. Data may be stored for a shorter period if there is no legal basis for it.
5. For what purposes and how do we process personal data?
5.1. The data held by the Company about the Client will be processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently (principle of lawfulness, fairness, and transparency).
5.2. The Company processes the above-mentioned Client's personal data for the processing and administration of service purchases/orders, accounting documents related to service ordering, contacting you for contractual obligations, and for direct marketing purposes (with the prior consent of data subjects).
5.3. We ensure that the Client's personal data is and will be processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently, collected for specified, explicitly defined, and legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes, adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed, accurate and, where necessary, updated, processed in a way that ensures appropriate security of personal data using appropriate technical and organizational measures, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, or damage (principle of integrity and confidentiality).

6. What rights do you have as data subjects?
6.1. The Client has the right to withdraw their consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. The data subject is informed about this before giving consent. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
6.2. You have data subject rights, which we will implement upon receiving a request from the Client by registered mail at Maironio g. 17-300, 28144, Utena, and properly verifying your identity. The Client has the right to access their personal data and how it is processed, request correction of inaccurate personal data related to the Client, and also request that incomplete personal data be completed.
